Khilal Group delegation's practical visit to India

To study advanced technologies and modern production practices in the cotton and textile industry, a Khilal Group delegation paid a 7-day practical visit to Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, a major Indian manufacturer of textile machinery, at the company's invitation.

During the visit, the delegation became closely acquainted with production processes, modern spinning equipment, automated control systems, quality control and an efficient management system built on the “Business Excellence” model.

In particular, the delegation studied:
— modern spinning and textile machinery technologies;
— production digitalisation and automation solutions;
— Lean management and cost reduction methods;
— practices for improving product quality and operational efficiency;
— staff development and corporate management culture.

The visit was actively attended by:

who held negotiations on introducing modern technologies at the enterprises, modernising production capacities and expanding international cooperation.
